Labor Day

We spent Labor Day Weekend in Salmon visiting Adam's Grandma and Grandpa and then we went up to Wisdom and spent the weekend camping with Lukrisha, Danny, Rowdy and Rafe'. We all had such a great time, but we definitely had to borrow some warm clothes from Rowdy for the girls because I was still in summer mode and it had been a while since I had spent time in the Big Hole. It was a great way to spend the last weekend before both Montanna and Rowdy started school the next day. 

These two kids are just adorable and love playing with each other. 

Rowdy took Montanna and Eden both for rides on his 4-wheeler. They LOVED it!

They also loved getting to ride Gentle Ben and Montanna had her first experience riding a horse all by herself. Gentle Ben was just wonderful and so patient as everyone had several turns riding around the corral.

This was Rafe's first time on a horse... ever. He loved it and cried each time he had to get off. 

Rowdy

Eden had a swollen eye most of the weekend. Both girls had their yearly check-ups the day we got back from our fun trip and the doctor thought maybe she had been bitten by a mosquito in the wrong place on her eye. She was a trooper, but walked around with her head all the way tilted back so she could see out of both of her eyes once her eye swelled shut. Poor girl!
